It has been demonstrated to alleviate age-related testosterone secretion insufficiency by targeting senescent Leydig cells in aged mice. FOXO4-DRI is a standard FOXO4 protein that is synthesized to prevent normal FOXO4 from binding to p53, thereby eliminating senescent cells and improving organ function and the ”biological age” of young tissues. FOXO4-DRI affects a variety of cellular processes, including insulin signaling, cell cycle regulation, and oxidative stress signaling pathways, it is a cell-penetrative peptide, meaning it can enter cells from the inside and perform its role, and it has been shown in animal studies to selectively induce apoptosis in senescence cells, potentially reversing some of the effects of aging.

    The quality is great. There is a problem with the stickers with their name that always seems to peel off, but I’m looking for quality of the product itself. Cosmetically, I think it can be improved with a strip of tape around the sticker. It’s a little annoying, but I’ll continue to buy from them.

    The company is very professional and are extremely prompt in responding to emails. The peptides are packed beautifully and the vials are placed in plastic containers that make it more convenient for storing them in the refrigerator. The packaging labels on the vials have contrasting colors making it so much easier to recognize individual vials.

    The one difficult part about ordering online is when you pick a peptide and you open it up sometimes on the right hand side there is two or three different options and that became a little bit confusing.

    I think it would be great to see on the website the explanation of what the peptides do vs. the scientific research.

    Very legitimate supplier. Packaging was superb—vials were protected and chilled. Shipping speed—fast. The only improvement recommendation I would make is to the vials themselves (the foil cap has messed up on all my vials so far; the foil doesn’t tear cleanly and causes rough edges
